The Xbox product listing explicitly attaches the purchase condition to cloud play. Frontier's Game Pass FAQ answer supplies no catalogue announcement. Neither page promises that a subscription alone unlocks Planet Zoo 2.

Check the access route you actually need

- For cloud play, check the live product page in your region. Confirm both conditions shown there: ownership of Planet Zoo 2 and a supported Game Pass plan. Then check the cloud service's availability for your device and region before purchasing a subscription.
